love puppies, some more than others however, good luck with it, after you socialize it, then it is birds, birds and then a few more birds. one more thing, to adequately train your pup, you have to find a way to be smarter than it is, pretty big challenge actually, the pup will enjoy the challenge and you are lucky that you live in an area that has slow quail

Thank god for tame quail lol.
 
I just realise that it looks like the power line roads I had to drive everyday, that was one part I miss about being Ret.
