Pretty new to pheasant hunting. Last year was my first time ever going (only twice) and I was only able to bag 1 bird without a dog. Despite the tough going start, im hooked. Im sure this year will be slow for me as well without a dog, but I mostly enjoy just being out there. Looking forward to the upcoming season
 
Welcome to the site, I think you'll like it here, a lot of guys that share the same passion for upland hunting, whether it's with a pointer, flusher or dog less. I see your from Bradford County, certainly a lot of opportunities there for grouse, woodcock. and pheasant.
So sit back, read some old posts, enjoy, then post often yourself. We love hearing stories about bird hunting in Pa.!
 
Welcome and good luck this fall. We have several people on here who like to share stories of hunting birds in PA.
 
Welcome, you have some great hunting up where your from. I deer hunt up there just don't get the time to small game hunt up there any more. Some great guys on here enjoy.
