Myd

Some do and some don’t. E-collar would help, but in the field they get pretty sneaky. Are they working on a bird scent or snarking down a deer turd? Got a 15 year old who still does it, pisses me off, but she still puts birds up. I nail her when it is obvious but she still sneaks in a mouth full.

My 3 dogs will pull mud off from side by side must be lacking something. Maybe brains
Last week was are muzzle loader for deer have 4 gut piles together over bluff long ways from house they have been getting into they each are in e collars now

It seems my lab puppy will eat anything dead.I have to watch him, he's sneaky.

I had a Wire once that would literally eat anything. I saw her gobble down a small animal that was nothing more than grease. I once smelled something terrible coming from her doghouse. Pulled the top off and there was an animal that was so far gone I couldn't identify. My gag reflex got a workout that day!!!

Once a "mud eater" always a mud eater. Last 2 labs sneak(ed) a bite whenever they could. But past age 2 they do it much much less...
the collar helped with my current lab
