Moving to Minneapolis area help

Duluth is ranked as the top location in the entire country most likely to be unaffected by climate change.

The reason: the world's largest supply of freshwater that provides a near constant inflow of colder air during droughts and heatwaves. In other words: free air conditioning.
A breeze off the lake is a godsend…June-Sept…I enjoy escaping Duluth April and May, and heading to the SD pheasant camp…oftentimes 20-35 degrees warmer…

Sometimes it's downright remarkable how much cooler it is compared to the rest of the state too. I'll see a temperature map in the middle of July when 95% of the state is sweltering hot/humid, and then the area immediately near Lake Superior is 67.

Yeah, sometimes just 5-7 miles away it’s 20 degrees different. I’m sitting in my van now, on park point, it’s 73…no lake breeze, but not bad. Gonna walk the dogs, do it twice daily, usually. There’s a 2-3 acre field unmowed that I take my puppy in first, resembles sharptail cover…she enjoys bopping around in the cover…
