Thinking about making a run sw Kansas hunting north of DC. Any recommendations for a place to stay that would allow me to bring my dogs into the room?

You can stay at the dodge house, kind of a shit hole but the Saturday night Mexican buffet is pretty good

most motels in DC allow pets for a extra fee. I hope you see more then we did. It was pretty slow

Sage advice, hmmm. Familiar with Kansas, haven't been there this year but without a direct contact not sure how to select a geographic area by countie(s). Already been to south dakota twice....need to get out before the ice princess comes up with a warm destination that features no need for dogs and guns...

Stayed at the Silver Spur for many, many years. It's about a block from the Dodge House. Then we switched to the old Holiday Inn Express. Now we stay at the Best Western Plus "North Edge Inn". It's a little pricy for Dodge, but it's pretty new, you can bring your dog into the room, and the rooms all have kitchenettes in them--real fridge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, hard floors in the kitchenettes.
