Judging by this picture from the NOC photographer, I don't think he misses me.. He is such a big suck up, Looking for petting any where he can scrounge some up LOL. He found Pat Bramwell here I believe. I am sure he took full advantage every chance he had to get a scratch or two.:D He is our couch dog thats for sure.

Photo By Mark Gebert Photography, or photos by Geeb, LOL. Guy takes great shots.

OK the tears have fell now. I am so dam happy!!!! Odie fisished the trial all five series with grand fassion. I was told by the friend who handeled him it was again his best run. You like to hear that after each run building in a National.:D He now is sitting with 30 dogs left from 126 , and has to do a water series tomorrow. If he behaves, the rest is up to the two judges. win loose or draw, he did OK in my book. I am damm proud of this dog to have gone through all he has and still be there with the best of the best. Thankyou Lord!!!!!!:D

Thanks for the words and support fellas, he tried hard and did very well at the water. He did not get one of the 4 placements. But he did receive a high honor of a certificate of merit. Those go out to the other dogs that they felt were also in the running for a placement. They gave out 9 CM's. Which would make him one of the best 13 dogs at this years National Open. Better then a poke in the eye with a sharp stick thats for sure. There was 126 dogs in the field so he did alright.:D He's 4 so next time we'll get em.

The NOC Photographer got some real nice shots of Odie at the trial. Especialy at the water. I will post them after he emails them. Man did he do an awesome job with that camera, it is like you were standing right there. Odie had the higest score at the water with 2 other dogs. Headed out to go pick him up in early AM. We are headed to Wisconsin and will be training all day tomorrow, LOL. The new pup I have is going to get a work out. Sunday will be a hunt in SE MN.
