Mitchell Camping

Planning a trip to hunt the Mitchell area in October. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with any of the area campgrounds? We will be bringing a 16 foot ice castle with and have 4-6 dogs so looking for dog friendly camping. Thanks in advance.

Lake Mitchell Camp Ground was very nice some years ago--

Also Cabelas might work for a short stay--
 
Depending on what direction you're hunting from Mitchell, but if it's west, there's a nice campground right on the exit on the south side of I90 at white lake.
 
We plan on heading from Mitchell towards Chamberlain. Don't mind a little bit of driving just looking for a place with a good set up for dogs.
 
39 miles from Mitchell to white lake and 30 to Chamberlain. So it's right in the middle. There won't be many amenities at the parkway (or white lake) y, but it's typically busy during hunting season. I think it's like 20 bucks a night.
