Looking to get a handheld dummy launcher

Was looking to get a handheld dummy launcher for my 1yr old lab. Was leaning toward the Retriev-R-Launcher or the DT Launcher. Was hoping someone had experience with one of these and could tell me the training benefits.
 
I have and use the Retriev-R-Launcher. I like that it incorporates the sound of a shot and the bird falling. A word of caution... don't have your dog on heal the first time you fire it off. It is quite and alarmed my 6 month old even after he had been around gun fire.

This X2. They are really loud and the sharp crack is tough on a dogs hearing.
 
Spend the extra and buy a thunder launcher, zinger winger or something along those lines. Teach the dog to look outward for marks instead of waiting for you to throw one.
