I've got weekday hunting flexibility since I'm unemployed/semi-retired/retired (not exactly sure which yet). If anyone has some similar weekday flexibility and wants to partner up to split gas or meet out east, send me a PM. I try to keep the weekends open for my non-hunting wife but could also consider some of them. I've got licenses for CO, NE, and SD.
I've been bird hunting off and on since I was 10 growing up in Illinois and consider myself a very safe and ethical hunter. I'm 58 but walk the fields all day. I made it out 12 days last year (2-NE, 10-CO) and 9 days so far this year (5-SD, 4-CO). My PairOfLabs forum name is still true but 12 year old Cody usually stays home due to his advanced age. 1.5 year old Logan is coming along pretty well. He's got 21 pheasant days, 3 dove days, and 4 pheasant farm days. He's still a learning pup so there will be some mistakes some days--just so you know.
I live in Aurora and if we take my truck I can fit in two kennels (inside the Dodge MegaCab) (gear in the bed with topper) and one other hunter riding shotgun. With just my smaller kennel in the cab I might be able to handle two hunter passengers but havn't tried that yet. So far, I havn't had the need to put the kennels in the bed/topper so the boys have been able to ride in the heated cab so far.
If any of you know Roger (hen, hen,Rooster) and his lab Chance from this forum, you can ask him about me as we met through here and hunted 4 days last year. He's got some life challenges going on right now and won't be able to get out as much this year. Wishing you the best Roger.
Good luck this season.
