Driving to York, Ne tomorrow to meet up with the Texans and then on to Winner on Thursday. I think this is our 17th year for the trip.

Coincidentally, I have a Texas customer who is on his way to Nebraska for a couple days of hunting, then on to the Winner area. One of yours doesn't happen to be in the hardwood lumber business? Owns Griffons and his buddy Shorthairs?
 
Post pics and stories on how you did. I'm headin to NW KS next week and if it's no good we're going to load up and head to Pierre.
 
Looks like its that time of year again. I'm off to Gregory, SD, next week with my brother, college roommate and a couple of other friends. Even if we don't see any birds (fat chance), it will still be the highlight of my year.
 
Sorry it took so long to get back, but I had a hard time with the pictures. We had another great time and saw lots of birds. We had another great time with the Mansheims.

Awesome, I had a couple pics from the old days in ND I thought were impressive but that is a huge pile of birds!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you have a rough estimate on the bird count?
 
Those are all wild birds. We have been hunting there for 17 years and have always had a great time. There were a couple of slow years, but those were over 10 years ago and they called me to tell me it was slow and they would have no problem if I chose to cancel.
