Kennels in Trucks.......

I now have two ruff-tuff kennels and they are always strapped into my truck. Whatever you do even if they are inside a topper I would strap them down in case of an accident.

Yeah I switched over from the cheaper petmate vari kennel to the much more durable Ruff Tough kennels and ratchet strap them up tight to the back of the box. Not only are the Ruff Tough kennels durable but they have a plethora of accessories you can add to customize them the way you like. The standard doors can be opened from either side and if you have two identical sized kennels you can add an accessory hardware that allows you to secure both kennels side by side so they stay together.

Anybody know if you can put a mud river cover over a rough tough? I like them, but also really like the cover I have

I used a medium mud river cover on an intermediate Ruff Tough.

Fit was tight but manageable.

I am waiting for someone to make a cover with two door flaps. One on the side and on the end.

It is nice to have a couple of doors when being used in smaller vehicles.
