I went back and looked at that thread last night. It was boarder line "YouTube" (comments section) if you know what I mean.

Disagreements, debate, and of course difference in option (UPH is full of it) is all good until the name calling and personal put downs come into play. I can't take that garbage. We're all adults, let's treat each other with respect. Some discussions get heated. That's okay. Just keep respect for each other going.

UPH has been, is, and hopefully will continue to be an outdoor/hunting forum above all others. I believe it's our clean discussion and respect for one another that keeps it that way, and of course our moderators too.;)

Making that thread disappear was a good move in my opinion:cheers:

And in my opinion this thread could disappear too. Just the title of the thread insights potential problems that are not needed on this site. If you want to get into a pissin' contest with someone do it elsewhere.

"Pissy pants" is something I hear in the work place quite a bit. It's something that made me chuckle. I don't pride myself on being politically correct. Causing problems for the site wasn't my intent. The title's been changed to something more discrete for your reading pleasure DZ.

I would've thought you'd known better than to think I was trying to start a pissin' contest. Humor was the intent.....tryin' to lighten things up around here. Perhaps the point of the thread has been proven as even this light-hearted attempt at humor managed to make someone:mad:or:( or whatever you wanna call it;)

So this is what my wife tells me other people consider "poor taste". Funny thing is, I don't taste a thing!

I,ve had know problem with this thread. KB was just pointing out what others, on threads should know. Read the FAQ. It's all in there, follow the rules or get Banned. The fact that the thread in question has been deleted speaks for it's self. First one I've seen in the three years I have been hear. :thumbsup: Jimmy cracked corn. LOL

Not sure why the title had to be changed. Read the opening post by KB and it was very clear what his intent was. Some guys need to use their dog to go find their sense of humor instead of birds. Sheesh.:rolleyes:

Alotta good humor in this thread! I especially appreciate the "threats" to bring up the worst of topics. ElectricShorthairs, perfect response to V-John. I'm glad someone recognized the need to "call him out" because that appeals to my sense of humor! Thanks for throwing in "monkey bars after school" part too:thumbsup:

Sorry, not pokin fun at anyone. But I do like to cut up and give people a hard time. Just be glad you don't work with me! I've learned a lot on this forum and really enjoy the guys on here. Everybody is gettin a little ansy for the season to start. If we really want to start a fight we could talk about the guys that march the fields with blockers and whether or not that's not really hunting! :D
