I'm headed to Colby!

Hey whats all the hate on Montana Mike's for?! I thought their steaks were pretty good! Decent price with the grilled shrimp too!

I hunted around Colby a month ago, we found some birds, it's a nice town to stay in for sure. Good luck and keep us updated! Congrats on the 2 so far! I'll be headed back up there next month.

if you hunt and stay in enough small towns in Kansas, MM's will look pretty damn good at the end of a hard day.
 
I've eaten at that MM's twice, once about this time last year on a hunt, and once several years ago enroute to CO for a ski trip. The ski trip visit left me with a bad case of bubble-guts. Last year's hunt trip visit was ok, nothing great, but not bad either. About what I expected from a chain steak house at that price point. We didn't know about Big Ed's at that time, it was our first trip to Colby.

Anyone tried City Limits? Someone told it was probably better than MM.
 
Montana Mike's wasn't bad at all. After the amount of walking we did, anything would have probably been good...
 
I like Montana Mikes. A couple of years ago I left a very nice Harley Davidson road atlas as an accidental tip there in Colby. We were riding out to the mountains and stopped for lunch and was in such a hurry we left without it!
