Hunting during deer season

I'm not going to push out a draw a guy mat be camped out in. But if it's a big tract and I've got a good idea where he is and there's grass or cover away from him I can get in I'm not saying I wouldn't. No different than if a guy is parked in a cove fishing, I'm not casting over him but I'm not avoiding the cove all day. Public is public at the end of the day. I wouldn't expect a large public marsh to myself either just because I was there.
Good luck

I tend to stick to areas where deer hunters are less likely to be and places where I can see and be seen. I check with my landowner connections to make sure I don't screw anyone else up on private land that I have permission to hunt. Regular firearms deer hunters only have a couple of weeks and can wait years between buck tags. Youth (going on now) and muzzleloader seasons are a non factor with bird hunting in ND. Pressure really does drop off after the first weekend.
