Help!!!

My opening day hasn't started very well. started in Belfield, didn't see a single pheasant in 2 hours of hunting. I'm heading over to Dickinson where I know there are birds but I'm going to have to knock on a few doors. if anybody is in the vicinity that can offer a little assistance, I'd be eternally grateful!!!
 
Id say opening day isn't the best time to knock on doors. Most of the farmers will be out harvesting.
 
Do what about half the people in NoDak do ... road hunt first two and last two hours of the day.

Common and easier yet in SoDak.
 
we had a tough time in central ND. with the 85-90 degree temperature, then the 50 MPH winds the next couple days. made for tough hunting. plus most corn was up. We got 1 pheasant and 3 huns, on Saturday. 8 pheasants on sunday for 4 guys.
