Kevin mentioned hunting with you. I think she was fine. The cover we hunted was tall and thick, you do well to keep tabs on your own dog in that stuff. Maybe Kevin will chime-in on his experience. Needing a final bird for his limit he had one of those heart shots right about the end out the outing as we approached the road. The bird was out there pretty good, on his 3rd shot the rooster heading straight-up into the sky. After a few seconds, the wings stopped and the wind (it had just picked-up) actually was bring it back closer to Kevin as it was returning earth. It landing across a terrace and we couldn't locate it, not for the lack of effort...so close to 2 limits. I did see one of Kevin's other shots, it was on a rooster that I flushed after having my 3, it had a good head-start before Kevin folded him with a single shot.Great, how did Kepa work ?

We had just told the dogs, their day was over.Question, it appears the dogs are not grinning like their humans, any idea why? LOL. Looks like a very fun day. R
