Actually I think its the opposite. Most would agree with Remy. Not you.

Trapping is a legal form of outdoor recreation and although it does seem like a dying breed, its very effective at controlling predators and furbearers. I loathe the day my dog ends up in a trap, should that occur, and I'm sympathetic to anyone who has experienced it, including you. But accidents happen. I support licensed, legal trapping just like I support licensed legal deer hunting or pheasant hunting, etc.

You must be crazy, if a trap catches your dog, Im pretty sure your opinion will change
 
Trapping is cruel...Im one hundred percent against it.
I'm curious why you think bird hunting is less cruel than trapping. Have you ever shot and injured a bird that you didn't recover? Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I'd just like to understand where you draw the line.
