Gloves

I can only wear one kind of glove hunting and fishing. The lowly jersey glove. Though made out of cotton and no match for water its the only glove I can feel my gear through enough to feel in control.

I hear what you're saying...for years I only wore jersey cotton gloves, and only then if it was cold (below 20F). Even then, I cut the trigger finger off at the knuckle...I will admit I'm the guy that only wears a orange hoodie and vest when it's 20F out, so I'm not adversely affected by the cold.

However...my last blaze orange jersey gloves bit the dust last year, and I've tried on several of these new skin-tight gloves; with a local Bass Pro in the neighborhood, I bought a pair of their Redhead brand in a skin-tight super thin and a slightly thicker model. I can feel triggers and safeties, and I think they'll do a great job. We will see...
