Quailnerd Well-known member Jan 5, 2023 #22 Well the country I hunt is a sandy soil and with timely rains we get a lot of wild legumes, huge ragweed stands, native grass seeds, and grasshoppers. We live and die by seasonal rains and hope it’s not overgrazed so there’s some nesting cover.
