For you video guys, what hat or gun camera are you using?

My wife gave me these for my birthday last fall and I used them all season. They last for about 3 hours but charge fairly quickly in their case. You can control them with your voice or by turning them on with a button on the right bow. I've got some awesome videos of my dog on point, the pheasant flying, the shot and the dogs retrieving.

I have a GoPro but never really got great videos with it. It's east to say "Meta Record" when you are walking up on a point to capture the flush.

Interesting. Would be pretty interested in seeing the results.

PM me your email and I will send you a couple videos

I have used action cams for years. My FAVORITE was the hero 8. It had everything we needed for upland hunting.
Mine finally gave out and I ended up with the 10 and I am not happy with it.
I may look into a DJI Osmos 5.

Any how. I dont buy batteries, I use a power pack and weave the cord through my hat to the camera. I have the camera mounted on the bill of my hat by way of a small bolt. I can run all day like this.
To make it even easier, I have a remote control strapped to the arm of my shot gun so I can turn on the camera or just look to make sure it is recording.

Here is a video when I had the 8. Any other videos from last year will be the 10.

I will try to find a new 8 or just go with a different option.
