Fall Turkey October 1

You can shoot up to four turkeys, either sex, this fall. Got my tags and will be out stalking soon. Anyone else going for fall turkey?

Thinking real hard about it. Never have hunted turks in the fall.My problem will be where I spring hunt at,there is other guys deer hunting in the fall,I really don't want to make those guys mad.Also,not so sure that I could run fast enough to break up a group,so I could call them back in.
How to you hunt them? Any help would be appreciated.

I sneak up on them, or try to. Once I flushed one and shot it out of the air.

I used to hunt them in the fall, but I got to where I always wanted to hunt them with a Bow. I need to do that out of a ground blind, and they don't call in real easy.

Soooo, I spend my falls getting the dogs ready for bird season.
