I had someone ask me if you just take a sterile swab and swab the inside of dogs mouth than put the swan back in packaging than send that and a form to the testing place in Minnesota? I said I believe this is what you do but if I am wrong and someone on here can tell me the correct way I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance. I also said we'll you can have a vet handle it but he is wanting to do it himself.
 
Go to the university of MN website and print off a form. Than swab the inside of cheek with steril 5" swab repackage swab. Next have your vet scan your microchip or verify ear tatto for id purpose. Send swab and completed form to U of M. Piece of cake
