Hey Guys,

SInce we already have a non- resident license for NJ for the deer season, we were thinking about doing some pheasant hunting in the DWGNRA. Is it worth it? Thanks!

PaRooster,

The DWGNRA is a very large tract of land, they only release birds in a few areas. It also doesn't receive birds as often as the WMA's do. Having said that, it could be worth your while if you hunt some of the surrounding areas.
I'll PM you the locations that receive birds. But I'll also suggest what I think might be a better option.
Don't forget you'll need a pheasant/quail stamp!
