The water in the ponds here have been well below normal with no snow melt and a dry Spring. We have water now. All total since the rain started on Tues we have had over 8 inches at the ranch with another downpour last night
Yes, I wish it could have been spread out a month or so. It would have saved a lot of flooding.

My former hometown. Big chunks of it are no longer recognizable. Definitely some huge cleanup going to be needed. Fortunately my in-laws are just dealing with a wet basement and not overflowing sewers, huge sink-holes or massive erosion. I was up there this past week helping out the family and from what I saw, they really took a body blow. All my thoughts and prayers, folks.

Rain

Here in Silver Bay rained around 4 1/2" total. We stayed dry house & garage.
The kennel pad got a serious flushing. Looks like it was power washed.
More flooding / damage further S. on the shore towards Duluth.
