Dove recipe

I took a bunch and cut the meat off the breast in a chunk and we did skewers on the grill. Only takes about 1 min on each side. The kids really liked them. We also used the hearts on the skewer stick.
 
Boy that looks good Rob. Let us know if you give it a run. A client made something similar with pheasant meat. Man they were good.

Pheasantwhisperer---you're man after my own heart (no pun intended). I've often said the heart is one of the best parts of any bird or animal! Tender with a mild flavor.
