seizures...
My oldest shorthair started having pretty frequent seizures about three years ago- I could always tell when, because the other dogs in the kennel just went nuts when it happened! Did all the tests...no cause found...but they continued, and the vet suggested potassium bromide. Works well, not to expensive, down to 1 pill a day.
