Deer hunting and Pheasants

I have a question for you guys. Does deer hunting affect Pheasants? I will be down there Dec. 15-19 just after your gun season and was wondering if the deer hunters being in the fields made a difference to the pheasants? Any feed back would be great!

KS Deer Season

Our rifle deer season for is from the 1st till the 12th, so you should be good to go. You can check the KDWP website to be sure. It should not effect your hunt.

The deer hunting shouldn't affect the birds at all. Most deer hunters don't walk 2 to 10 guys wide and push the same stuff as a bird hunter would. We do go bird hunting during deer season and do some of both. I have a O/U that's 12ga up top with a 30/06 barrel below. I don't keep a 30/06 shell in it for safety reasons but its easy to put one in for a deer. I am however limited to one shot at a bird. Radar
