Daughter's new pup.

My Daughter and SIL got a pup recently. It is from a breeder in NM, Jornada Setters.

They have headed off for a summer internship, so I will not get to see the pup again for a couple of months. But I was pretty impressed with what I saw so far. The pup shows some natural retrieve, uses its nose well, and show some boldness in the field.

The pup also has some of the prettiest markings I have seen on a Llewellin.

She should be big enough to do some hunting this fall with my two.

she is a doll! might have to wear off some pink toenail polish and lose the gem studded collar...LOL :coolpics:

Now that's a beautiful face! Good luck with the funny looking quail in the southwest!

They are in North Carolina for the internship.
But Troy you and I should make at trip down to where the funny looking quail (NM/AZ) are some time to hunt them.

Add water and stir! I'm guessing the desert is a couple years from getting good again. Does sound like a fun trip!

Very nice Setternut!!! Will you or your daughter get to train the pup? That is a good looking Setter..:10sign:

I will be training my SIL how to train, and he will do the training.
They will not be back for a couple months, so she will be about 5 months old when they get back.

Very nice! Shirt says it all!

Good looking pup! When I was looking I couldn't get Dennis to call me back.

The wind'em I hope won't be a problem.
