KDWPT Small Game asked me to pass on since he is having trouble logging on to UPH, "we haven't yet received any official proposal for season changes and this is coming from an individual not commission/legislature." More than likely, the agency will oppose such a proposal as it does not support why the agency sets seasons for upland game. If you want to have input but can't go to the commission meeting, you can call any or all of the commissioners. Their contact information is located in the front inside page of the hunting of fishing regulations.
