I picked up a pair of gloves at Bass Pro which have good rubber grips on the palm and fingers and aren't to bulky which is nice when you need to get the safety off and a bead on a fast moving pheasant. I'm not real sensitive to the cold, but they seem to do the trick and keep my hands somewhat warm on cold Kansas mornings.
