Citori prices

Seems like theyve went up significantly the past couple years. Anyone know why? Haven't seen the same jump on other guns

I hear ya! I've been eyeing an 825 Field but at $3k plus tax, that's getting steep for grade I/II wood in a field gun. There up about $5-600 in my area over the 725. Beretta and Benelli are up a few hundred
by me also.

This guy had a sweet citori at the gun show over the weekend. 2500 bucks he wanted. Grade 5 maybe? Had the black receiver with gold inlays of dogs and birds. I can't remember the year of mfg.

That sounds like one of the limited editions they do every year. Probably $5k msrp.

Browning just announced a 10% rebate for the month of April. That got me off the fence and I ordered two Citori Special Sporting Clay's Edition shotguns from Guns Unlimited in Omaha. A 12g and 20g, both with 32" barrels, adjustable comb, and Gracoil recoil reducer/adjustable butt pad. They should be delivered next week. Now I just need to sell the Citoris they replace, ideally before the next credit card statement is due.

I tell myself that every time I buy a gun! What citoris are they going to replace?

A 12G "shot show special" Grand Prix Sporter with32" barrels and a 20G 525 Sporter with 30" barrels and a R.A.D. II recoil reducer/adjustable butt pad.

I'm on the fence yet, local shop has a 16 gauge Citori Hunter grade 1 new in the box. I already have too many shotguns but I have a hard time passing on this one with the rebate. I'm trying real hard to stay out of my car, I'm getting too old and have to think about who's going to get what. Told the grandkids that each one gets one (maybe 2) have 5 grandkids.

I went for a Benelli Ultra Light. But that 16 wouldve been a tough pass. There arent many of them out there

I bought a Citori 16 gauge Gran Lightning about 2 months ago. This one has a slim forearm and beautiful wood in the buttstock and forearm. It fits me pretty well, the weight is right and I've been shooting good skeet scores with it. I plan to use it in the field next fall.
