CCRP signing bonus to increase from $100 to $150/acre

PF had a press release that said all the CCRP programs in CRP were going to get an increase back to the old levels to try and incent landowners to enroll high priority practices on their land. Over 10 years the whole bonus amounts to about $15/acre on top of the rental rate and the 20% rental rate bonus.
