can't post pictures

I know this has been discussed before, but it probably need a sticky thread and I don't see one. The site will not let me post pictures, "upload failed". jpg file size only 440KB. Do I have to post elsehwere and just copy a link?

In order to have your photo show in your post you have to have the photos on a site like Photobucket.com or something similar.

Instructions have been posted on this site numerous times so if you do some searching you should find them. If not, let me know and I'll help. Your idea of a sticky is a good one. I'll mention it to webguy.

Got it. You can remove this thread. A sticky note would be a good idea.

Photobucket has likely changed some since the instructions were originally posted. Might be worth a re-do and then place it as a sticky. If I have time later I can go thru it. If you are already familiar with using Photobucket than it's just a matter of uploading your photos from your puter to your library on Photobucket. Click on the picture and look for drop down option "img" and copy the link for pic and then paste in the box when you create your post.
