ive always called that stuff fire grass a guy told me it has an oily seed that a pheasant likes now i know why parrots are always around that stuff

Walked into a patch of that weed one time, needed 1 bird to limit out. After parking truck, drinking a coke and candy bar, messing with the dogs a bit, finally loaded gun, crossed the road ditch, crossed the fence and stepped into the weeds. All hell broke loose and every bit of 80 or 100 flushed within range. The memories that last forever.
