Looking to try North Dakota this year and have never been. What's the Bowman area like?

That is a lot for SW ND and temps have not allowed much of a melt ... yet

The thing about ND is most (not all) snowstorms have wind along with them and while the fields blow fairly clear the cover (tree belts, sloughs, creeks, fence lines, and unmowed ditches) fills up quickly.
