I didn't know anything about locking down any info, but a lot of members are scared to list where they are from...even just the state. They talk about things in their area and you look at the minimal bio (hover on their name or avatar) and they have nothing listed there.

Edit...is it the guys with their data locked down that don't have their location in the bio?
