The shrooms thread got me thinking about asparagus...we've got 3 honey holes that are over 50 yrs old and 1 that is 100 yrs old. I could eat my weight in those raunchy little devils.
Boil, fry and grill. Lots of olive oil, wild garlic and wild onions (have more of them in the ditches to last forever)....like buttah.
