Google “best steak fajitas ever” on the little spice jar website…had them 4 or 5 times since trying them the first time 8 months ago…had them again thur nite…crazy good! Follow the marinade recipe exactly…skirt steak or flank steak…thin cuts, I grill on high for about 3-3.5 minutes per side…I tent the meat under foil for 10 minutes before slicing…a frying pan full of onion and various peppers, including poblano’s…beautiful and tasty!!!!!
