My first O/U was a CZ Southpaw Sterling. Worked well initially and then started discharging both barrels with 1 trigger pull. Set that gun aside for several years and pulled it back out this year with the same result. Contacted CZ 3 weeks ago and they sent shipping paperwork. Sent the gun off and got it back a couple of days ago and it’s working very well. Customer service was great and I hope the repair will remain! No charge either.

Do you remember how long it took for your shipping paperwork to get emailed back to you? I'm going to send mine in. I filled out the warranty form about three days ago.
