A place in SD

What are some good towns in SD to move to if you like upland hunting and walleye fishing? Excluding SF and RC. The town must have a population of at least 1500. A close proximity to good public areas and WIA's.

FC's got a good one but Pierre comes to mind for me. Right smack in the middle of state and got the government cashflow/jobs in the capital.
