3 months until opening day

As I sit in the 90 degree weather thinking about the opening day this fall, it made me remember the last day of the season in PA this past February. View attachment 5003

Yep, I think we all start thinking about those crisp Fall days right about now!
 
All my dog wants to do in the heat of summer is swim. of course that is what she wants to do in January as well. At least the goose opener is only about a month away. it gives me something to do until the grouse opener and my kids do love smoked goose breasts.

has anyone run their dogs at any of the wild pheasant recovery areas. Warden said no problem as long it is after Jul 31 and you don't injure any birds.
