What a great dog! I can't believe you were finding birds in the first field shown in the video, looks almost barren.

Where did you get your lab?
 
That is a good looking dog. I especially liked the end where he had to chase the bird down. Those are fun to watch. You certainly can't teach drive, and he seems to have it.
 
Thanks guys! My dog is from Red Label Kennels in South Dakota. He is out of GMPR rock and CPR Liberty Belle, Scott Olson's dogs. He has a ton of drive and no quit in him. That first field in the video is a crop row field. I like to use that field when I am by myself or am more interested in dog work than the hunt. The birds will hold really well in the cover that is there. The cover this year is much better down there.
