    I have done a good bit of work in and around Spartanburg area over the years. I used to get around pretty well up there but I’d prob be lost now. We are planning on heading up end of November.     I’ll be 65 in a few more days. I’m like to think I’m in pretty good shape for 65. I’d say prob a 6 or 7. I have a Boykin an a fb Springer. They are 2 and 22 months.

    Prob not No Possible Guided yes Yes Number of birds taken not important just opportunity. My upland shooting leaves a lot to be desired. I would need a dog. Neither of my pups would be ready by this year Just pheasants Prob no more than couple of weeks Hope this helps

    From what I have read for someone like me (novice) the first part of season would be better but would be open to later. Also thinking weather may be a little kinder earlier.

    Oh it would defiantly need to be guided . Like I said complete pheasant novice. My hunting experience is mostly white tails and rabbits. My upland skills leave a lot to be desired.
