Had a blast today hunting from 8-3 today. Weather wasn’t the greatest but did manage to get into four coveys. We also saw several pheasant. Will update this thread tomorrow will more news.

Headed out on the 13 hour adventure to Downs. Was able to get out today and get some work done on some wild birds before our trip. Will report back.

First off my pointer is rock solid on pigeons. No flagging and dang near steady to wing and shot. This past weekend I noticed that he had a tendency to flag on quail. Hello everyone, Headed to the areas of Downs/ Osborne in a couple weeks. Doing WIHA only. How are the numbers in the area? Been spending a lot of time e scouting hoping it will pay off. We are taking several young dogs with hopes of getting them into birds.
