Great reply Jim. Dogs are different just like humans. We all have our likes, dislikes, and things that don't sit well with us. I think that is why we have so many different types of dog foods as well. I hope your girl does well with whatever food you find for her.

Gimruis, I did try that Purina food but a couple of my dogs won't eat it. I agree it is very similar but the dogs tell me it isn't the same food. That is also a factor, right? If they won't eat it then I have to switch again.

If I need to shoot birds I go to the game farm and spend $100-$150 bucks. If I want the experience and memories I always go and hunt wild birds with a great friend or my brother. Those are the stories we tell for years. I can't put a price on that.
