greetings everybody.....was wondering how everyone's quail season went in Oklahoma....I know the drought was a major factor in the entire midwest...however I had a fantastic quail season here in IL even with the drought we had....had a good couple days in Kansas last week as well.....I've hunted...

well....rolled into Kansas late this afternoon....hunted 2 hours.....had a point on 1 covey and I doubled! I'm hoping for more good fortune tomorrow...

Well...tomorrow is my last day of work till next Friday. Me and my 2 wirehairs are heading to north central Kansas to try to find some quail. Don't have much of a plan just a list of some public ground and some biologists phone numbers. Haven't hunted Kansas in several years...will be an adventure
