I’m in Indiana. Just looking for wild birds. I hunt Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas every year. Just trying to find a place I can hunt for a day or two closer to home.

Well I entered the drawing to hunt the Iroquois area. Was assuming this would be wild birds but now I’m afraid it’s pen raised? Nothin wrong with them? My dog can’t tell the difference but it’s a 2 1/2 hr Drive. I don’t really wanna drive that far unless it’s a wild bird hunt.

Anybody ever do any of these hunts? Are they pen raised or wild birds?

Excellent advise. Pick a percentage and forget about it. I'm gonna go a little further and say I will NEVER move mine out of the market and into securities, even when I retire. I feel there are more millionaire/billionaires than this world has ever seen....NO WAY they're gonna let those bargains...

These responses sound promising. Hope many more are thinking about cancelling their trip to SD this fall over a $25 habitat stamp. Less competition for me and my buddies. Heck, I Drive 1000 miles out there 2-3 times per season....I could go 12 trips out there for the cost of a condo for one week...
