All this discussion reminded me of how much I like my Montefeltro. Decided to pull it off Gunbroker before I got a qualifying bid. I would have regretted letting it go.

Browning Citori white satin. I bought one last summer, new for $1,500ish. It’s a 12ga three inch chamber & most are 3-1/2”. Look for stock number 018161304. Tombstone Tactical had the sale. Not sure if that’s still out there. Great price for a Browning. Just one Idea.

Get the Montefeltro 20 AND a Citori!

The Montefeltro can be had in camo or black plastic if you prefer that. Keep an eye on Dunn’s Sporting goods. They run specials on them for around $700 from time to time. If you can live with the wood & black, I’ve got my Montefeltro 12ga on Gunbroker right now. Not a lot of wear.

They’re fine for pheasants. I used to use that exact load in my 20. Still would but I use a 12 now.
