    I missed the heyday for the Texas panhandle where we farmed but dad and grandpa tell stories or the 70’s and 80’s being phenomenal. I started in the late 90’s with great success until the drought of 2011, nothing was the same after that.

    Been some crazy weather down here… nights at freezing but short sleeves in the afternoon.. I’d kill for a cold front, snow may be too much to ask for.

    I’ve run through two tenzing vests and bought a marsupial this year.. I love it except the terrible design on shell pouch, it has a zipper instead of a flap. It is definitely the most versatile one I’ve tried, lots of water storage and shoulder straps are thin and comfy.

    If you ever need tube size info for the dogs foot size I’ve tried them all, every dog I’ve owned had a different diameter that fit best…. I’m cutting some up as we speak

    Maybe a little, on hard pack surface for sure. Sand it’s not noticeable, I’ve run Lewis boots before and they are a nice option out of the box, makes your dog sound like a horse coming down the trail.
