In my part of the world, a tick borne disease would be #1 on the list. PS Ticks tend to beat the first robin by 2 weeks. It is not unusual to have snow banks and ticks at the same time.

Puppy update: Just for fun last weekend I entered Doc (AKA Smash Panda) in the puppy stake at Central Minnesota Retriever Clubs informal trial. Honestly I looked at it as a donation to the club. The little guy showed me so many positive things.....I know he's very young and the road ahead is...

I know this isn't what your looking for but... An underused marketing tool is being a small/occasional breeder that has time to dedicate to the pups. I.E. raised in the house with the family etc. A breeder the spends a ton a time with the pups is crazy valuable to me. Heck the last 2-3 pups...

I have but I don't anymore, it feels a little to much like shooting a dog. Plus there are a lot of risks involved, for the gundogs and hunting companions.
